The Challenge
Pontoon Cocktails selected 2 adjoining Wandsworth warehouses for both a factory and offices and needed good value Internet and Telephones across the entire space.​

Our Solution
​​Pontoon Cocktails were recommended by the previous Tenant, who was moving to larger premises and taking LCC's telephone system with them. An appointment to look at the proposed building layout was made and it was agreed that the existing Fibre Internet on a 100Mbps Bearer could be transferred at no cost to Pontoon Cocktails. A new office IP telephone system was required along with several interesting features. Firstly, as no mobiles are allowed in the factory, a walkabout IP handset was included. Secondly, the existing Doorphone was to be connected to all the office telephone extensions using a clever Cisco adaptor, so that deliveries and collections could be handled seamlessly. Lastly, all the staff had to be able to control their handsets and importantly, incoming Customer calls using a mobile App, especially outside of normal business hours. Our Unified Communications (UC) Telephone System was installed with Poly VVX411 Large Display Colour Featurephones, which were laid out on all desks and on-site training given to staff on their first day, along with introductions to the remote working App (for mobiles, tablets and laptops), which proved very useful during the Pandemic.
